We are raising these funds to help with all the expenses incurred during and after a transplant that are not covered by insurance.  On June 25th, 2009 I received a Kidney from none other than the Lady Miss Nancy Murrell.  She graciously gave me the gift of life for which I am forever grateful.  After 5 years of dialysis my prayers were answered.  What a wonderful gift and I honestly have not felt this good since the 20th century.  (I am taking liberties here cause we are in the beginning of a new century but it is true.)   So, I am doing great and I am going to try to continue too.

My fund is operated by the National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF).  They are a 501c non-profit organization which aids transplant patients in raising funds to help with the many ongoing expenses associated with a transplant.  The organization accepts tax-deductible donations for the patients as well.  Your ticket fee will be held by the NTAF and the winner will receive a check from the NTAF.  For further information about the NTAF go to www.transplantfund.org

While there visit my web page by entering my Last Name:  Cottman and Anthony.

God Bless You and Thank You!

P.S.-Remember if you’ve got 2 good ones you only really need one!  Sharing is caring, straight up!

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law. This campaign is administered by the National Transplant Assistance Fund, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit providing fundraising assistance to transplant and catastrophic injury patients. Information 800-642-8399.
